History of Yet Wah Resturant

The first Yet Wah Resturant open in 1969 in San Francisco. Yet Wah Resturant was name after the founder's wife. The word "Yet" refers to the moon, and "Wah" refers to brightness. So the word "Yet Wah" means the moon's brightness.
