History of Yet Wah Resturant

The first Yet Wah Restaurant open in 1969 in San Francisco. Yet Wah Restaurant was name after the founder's wife. The word "Yet" refers to the moon, and "Wah" refers to brightness. So the word "Yet Wah" means the moon's brightness.
